HARVEST MOON WORKSHOP: AN EVENING TO REST + RELEASE
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
6:00-7:30 PM
As the seasons begin to shift and autumn invites us to slow down, turn inward, and gather what truly matters, join us for a deeply nourishing evening beneath the energy of the Harvest Full Moon.
This special workshop led by Lexi and Carolyn is an invitation to pause, reflect, release, and create space for what you’re ready to welcome into the next season of your life.
We will move through a beautiful blend of Restorative & Yin Yoga, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. The therapeutic aromas of essential oils, a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation, and guided journaling prompts to help you reflect on what you’ve cultivated, what you’re ready to let go of, and what you want to carry forward.
We will close with a release ritual inspired by the Harvest Moon—a symbolic opportunity to surrender old patterns, expectations, emotions, or anything that no longer feels aligned.
🌖 Your Evening Includes:
• Restorative & Yin Yoga
• Essential Oils
• Guided Yoga Nidra
• Journaling And Reflection
• Harvest Moon Release Ritual
• A clear quartz crystal to take home as a reminder of your intentions and the space you have created.
The Harvest Moon reminds us that there is beauty in both gathering and letting go. You don’t have to carry everything into the next season.
