In this all-levels class, you’ll learn flowing sequences and feel the benefits of building your mind-body connection, yoga pose alignment and improved flexibility.
Yogalates
A yoga-Pilates fusion class focused on core strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates balls and light weights may be used.
“ABC” (Arms, Buns, Core) Sculpt
Our signature fitness class that will leave you feeling strong and ready to conquer your day. Hand weights and other props will be provided.
Soul Fire Flow
Our most powerful flow class. Soul Fire Flow is a strong, athletic vinyasa set to upbeat music to challenge your strength and balance.
Candlelight Slow Flow + Stretch
A slow, intentional flow followed by longer, deeper stretches in a softly lit, calming space. Expect mindful pacing and an extended savasana to close.
Yin Yoga
Slow, supported, and deeply restorative. Yin Yoga focuses on long holds to improve flexibility, release tension, and quiet the mind.
Roll + Restore
Designed to support your other athletic passions or higher intensity workouts using myofascial release techniques and restorative yoga to relieve muscles and fortify connective tissue.
First Friday Sound Bath
Start your month (and end your week) by diving into an auditory experience designed to rock you into deep relaxation. This magical, vibrational healing happens the first Friday of each month.
