OUR CLASSES

Our yoga classes in Scottsdale are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced students. We offer a mix of flow, Pilates and strength based classes, yin yoga, and stretch focused sessions in a non-heated environment.

Flow

In this all-levels (and beginner friendly) class, you’ll learn flowing sequences and feel the benefits of building your mind-body connection, yoga pose alignment and improved flexibility.

Yogalates

A yoga-Pilates fusion class focused on core strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates balls and light weights may be used.

“ABC” (Arms, Buns, Core) Sculpt

Our signature strength class that will leave you feeling strong and ready to conquer your day. Hand weights and other props will be provided.

Happy Hour Flow

HH Flow is a vinyasa flow class to challenge build strength and balance. This class is non-heated, but you’ll feel the warmth from within!

Candlelight Slow Flow + Stretch

A slow, intentional yoga flow followed by longer, deeper stretches in a softly lit, calming space. Expect mindful pacing and an extended savasana to close.

Roll + Restore

Designed to support your other athletic passions or higher intensity workouts using myofascial release techniques and restorative yoga to relieve muscles and build resilience in the connective tissue.

Yin Yoga

Slow, supported, and deeply restorative. Yin Yoga focuses on long holds to improve flexibility, release tension, and quiet the mind.

Restorative Yoga

A calming class with supportive stretches to release tension and support relaxation. This one is all done in restful shapes on the mat.

First Friday Sound Bath

Start your month (and end your week) by diving into an auditory experience designed to rock you into deep relaxation. This magical, vibrational healing happens the first Friday of each month.
